We are seeking a Product Designer who will lead the design process from discovery to delivery, focusing on customer needs and delivering features that enhance user experience. This role includes opportunities for relocation to Poland, Spain, or the UAE, with support from Revolut during the transition. Once relocated, you will have the flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid model, from our offices in Krakow, Barcelona, Madrid, or Dubai.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineers, Data Scientists, and others to define customer and business needs.
- Identify key metrics for projects and take ownership of their success.
- Conduct research to bring forward new insights and play a role in company growth.
- Design simple and elegant product solutions, including wireframes, end-to-end flows, and prototypes.
- Conduct guerrilla and customer testing workshops.
- Implement design solutions with the Tech team and present findings during design reviews.
- Review release performance, identify learnings, and propose enhancements.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in designing commercial applications in-house.
- A portfolio that showcases product design work.
- Strong design skills across iOS, Android, and web platforms.
- Ability to conceptualize product strategy and articulate design decisions.
- Understanding of technical implications of design choices.
- Self-directed work ethic within a development team.
- Strong UX focus and understanding of customer behavior.
- Proficient in visual design with skills in typography and grids.
- Passion for problem-solving.
Nice to Have:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
- Experience in programming and coding simple prototypes.
- Familiarity with cross-platform design systems.
- Previous experience in startup environments.
