As a Product Designer, you will play a vital role in shaping our digital products by combining quality design with holistic thinking. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create design solutions that meet user needs and align with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from conceptualization to final execution, transforming complex problems into intuitive solutions.
- Conduct and present qualitative and quantitative research and incorporate findings into mobile and web experiences.
- Communicate design solutions clearly to stakeholders and team members through presentations and documentation.
- Contribute to our design system by leveraging existing patterns and proposing innovations.
- Collaborate closely with product management and engineering for smooth concept implementation.
- Maintain proficiency in various design tools and integrate interactive prototypes, motion, and transitions into designs.
Requirements:
- A degree in Design, Computer Science, or a similar field.
- 3+ years of experience in product design, preferably with consumer-facing digital products.
- In-depth knowledge of typography, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
- Familiarity with current design trends, technologies, and methodologies.
- Proficient in design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and interactive prototyping tools.
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills to articulate design concepts effectively.
- Passion for design coupled with a strong work ethic, openness to feedback, and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
