About the Role
As a Product Designer at the company, you will have the unique opportunity to relocate to Poland, Spain, or the UAE. You will receive support throughout the relocation process and can work remotely or in a hybrid office setting once settled in. Your role will involve leading the design process from discovery to delivery while focusing on customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineers, and Data Scientists to define customer and business needs.
- Identify key metrics for projects and take ownership of their success.
- Research and introduce new findings to help reach company goals and launch new features.
- Design intuitive products that solve user problems and meticulously handle every detail from wireframing to end-to-end flows and prototypes.
- Conduct guerrilla and customer testing workshops.
- Work with the Tech team to implement design solutions and present findings during design reviews.
- Review performance of releases, identify learnings, and propose enhancements.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience designing world-class commercial apps in-house.
- A portfolio showcasing examples of product design work.
- Strong design skills across iOS, Android, and web platforms.
- Strategic thinking ability and capacity to articulate design decisions.
- Understanding of technical implications in design.
- Ability to self-direct and take ownership of the design process.
- High focus on UX and customer behavior understanding.
- Clean visual design sense, with skills in typography and grids.
- A passion for problem-solving.
Nice to Have
- A bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science or related field.
- Programming experience and ability to code simple prototypes.
- Experience in designing and maintaining cross-platform design systems.
- Familiarity with working in fast-paced startup environments.
