Responsibilities
- Turn Ideas into Reality: Transform broad, conceptual ideas into useful and valuable designs for our products.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with Product, Research, Engineering, and other teams from concept to completion.
- Lead and Inspire: Drive planning, strategy, and vision on key priorities across cross-functional teams.
- Design with Impact: Own the end-to-end design process, including user flows, interaction, and visual design across multiple projects.
- Present and Perfect: Present designs, prototypes, and concepts to stakeholders, ensuring top-notch quality.
- Stay Ahead: Keep up with the latest design trends, AI applications, and emerging product ecosystems to bring fresh ideas into our work.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in product design with a focus on creating user-centered designs.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design processes, including user flows, interaction, and visual design.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience presenting design work and receiving constructive feedback.
- Knowledge of industry trends and technologies, especially in the realm of AI applications.
Preferred Superpowers
- Experience designing for VR, AR, MR, and other emerging technologies.
- Proficiency in prototyping 3D interactions.
- Familiarity with novel user inputs, such as hand or eye tracking.
- Ability to apply AI to product design in practical, user-centric ways.
- Experience shaping design in large-scale or multi-service platforms, like super apps.
