Product Designer

About the Job
The company is a proptech startup addressing significant challenges in the home buying journey, particularly home financing and home search. With operations in Dubai and Madrid, we aim to reshape the home buying experience by helping customers secure mortgages and find homes more quickly and affordably on a single platform. Since our launch in August 2020, we've raised substantial funding from notable investors, and we're looking for individuals passionate about making a meaningful impact in an industry ripe for disruption.

What You'll Do

• Own the user experience (UX) of the features for your team, including collaborative work with junior members.
• Post-launch, review feature success and recommend improvements.
• Conduct user research and competitive analysis to enhance the product.
• Utilize analytics tools for informed decision-making.
• Coordinate with Engineering Managers and Product Managers to ensure proper implementation and problem-solving during the development phase.
• Maintain a consistent user experience across the product, working autonomously.

The Perfect Match: What You Bring

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in UX/UI design for various platforms (web, mobile apps, e-commerce, B2B, B2C).
• Fast prototyping, testing, and iterating mindset.
• Strong user-centric approach with excellent collaboration skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing successfully launched projects.
• Exceptional UI design skills and attention to detail, with proficiency in branding and design systems (especially Figma).
• Solid organization and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Customer obsession and a collaborative attitude, thriving on feedback.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

What Will Make You Stand Out

• Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
