Product Designer

The company is a proptech startup addressing major challenges in the home buying journey, specifically in home financing and search. With operations in Dubai and Madrid, we aim to transform the home buying experience by providing a comprehensive platform that helps customers secure mortgages and find homes quickly and affordably.

Since our launch in August 2020, we’ve secured significant funding from leading investors, including Sequoia Capital and Founders Fund, raising $37 million in one of the largest Series A rounds in MENA history. We are building something impactful from the ground up and are looking for individuals who are resilient, have grit, and are excited about disrupting an established industry.

Responsibilities:

• Own the UX for features within your team, including mentoring junior members.
• Review feature success post-release and suggest improvements.
• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and contextual research to enhance the product.
• Utilize analytics tools for informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with Engineering Managers and Product Managers for accurate implementation of features.
• Maintain a customer-centric focus and a consistent user experience across the product.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of UX/UI design experience (web, apps, e-commerce, B2B, and B2C products).
• Strong prototyping, testing, and iterating mindset.
• Strong user-centric approach with collaborative skills and a notable portfolio of successfully launched projects.
• Exceptional UI design skills with attention to detail and proficiency in branding.
• Extensive experience with Design Systems, particularly in Figma.
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A customer-obsessed approach aiming to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Preferred Skills:

• Motion skills (Lottie animations).
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
