Product Designer - UAE

As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a critical role in the product development process, ranging from initial research and ideation to final design and testing phases. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and users to ensure that the product meets both aesthetic and functional needs. Additionally, you will define the product’s design language and guarantee consistency throughout the product. You will lead initiatives and provide guidance on best practices and research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and prioritize features.
• Create user-centered design solutions, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
• Mentor and support other designers to foster a culture of growth and collaboration.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design and user experience.
• Represent the product design team internally and externally at meetings, conferences, and industry events.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in the digital design industry, focusing on mobile experiences.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Miro, Sketch, Invision, Storybook, UXPin, Maze, and Protopie.
• Basic knowledge of front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Creative mindset with effective problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in an agile/scrum development process.
