As a Product Designer at the company, you will shape the design and user experience of our products. You will engage in the entire design process — from discovery to delivery — collaborating with senior designers and cross-functional teams to create user-centered solutions. This role provides hands-on experience with complex problems and opportunities for growth in ownership and strategic influence over time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Design Execution: Support the end-to-end design process for product features, including discovery, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and delivery.
- User-Centered Design: Utilize user-centered design principles to craft effective experiences meeting customer needs and business goals.
- Collaboration: Work alongside product managers, researchers, engineers, and other designers to ensure high-quality product experiences.
- Problem-Solving: Identify user problems and opportunities using research and feedback, exploring multiple design solutions.
- Design Consistency: Help maintain a consistent experience across platforms by adhering to design systems and best practices.
- Iteration & Testing: Refine designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and performance data to enhance usability and visual quality.
What You’ll Bring:
- 4 - 6 years of experience in product design or UX design, with a track record of shipping digital products in collaborative environments.
- Proficiency in UX, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping.
- Ability to use research insights, usability testing, and data to inform design decisions.
- Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.
- A proactive approach to managing work independently and meeting deadlines.
- A growth-oriented mindset, motivated to develop design skills and product impact.
