You will
- Collaborate with product and engineering to understand problems, validate needs, and define opportunities
- Shape end to end product experiences through user journeys, flows, prototypes, and high fidelity execution
- Introduce simplicity to complex journeys across the company’s mobile and web products
- Use research and feedback to inform decisions and reduce risk
- Integrate modern design tools and AI driven workflows into the design process to increase exploration depth, reduce bottlenecks, and speed up execution
- Present product rationale and design decisions clearly to peers, stakeholders, and leadership
- Contribute to our design standards and patterns so teams can move faster with quality
Requirements
- 3 to 5 plus years of experience designing consumer products for mobile and web
- Ability to think in systems and design for full scenarios rather than individual screens
- Strong product reasoning and problem solving skills with clear articulation of decisions
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills with cross functional teams
- Familiarity with user research methods including interviews and usability tests
- Experience working in iterative environments with fast feedback cycles
- Experience using AI based tools for design, research, prototyping, or content creation as part of regular workflows
- A portfolio that demonstrates product thinking, problem solving, and strong execution with case studies encouraged
Nice to have
- Experience with design systems
- Experience with metrics, experimentation, or data informed design
