Key Responsibilities

  • Support the formulation and execution of product roadmaps and plans to achieve the company's strategic objectives and business portfolio targets.
  • Coordinate with the Technology sector to implement and validate product features and enhancements that respond to market and customer needs.
  • Monitor product performance from both commercial and technical perspectives, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend enhancements or phase-outs.
  • Design and participate in the execution of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate innovative solutions and demonstrate value to potential clients.
  • Maintain and update product pricing structures, including tariff lists and discount matrices, ensuring competitive positioning and profitability.
  • Track and report consolidated financial performance of products in collaboration with Finance, ensuring adherence to profitability targets.
  • Support the analysis of discount trends, investigate recurring discounts, and coordinate with stakeholders to implement corrective actions.
  • Provide inputs for product-level budgeting, ensuring proper resource allocation for development, enhancements, and lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Account Managers to develop customer-centric product solutions, leveraging feedback and field insights.
  • Prepare onboarding and training materials (e.g., user guides, tutorials) to support product adoption for MCN/BCN customers and internal teams.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of consistent UX guidelines across the company's digital products and services.
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Communications to develop sales enablement tools, including brochures and promotional demos, aligned with product value propositions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Business Administration specialized in Sales (preferred) or a related field
  • Preferred experience of (1-3) years, or equivalent in the area of expertise
