Product Director

We seek a Product Director who shares our passion for innovation and change. Responsibilities

• Responsible for the definition of the business strategy, delivery, capacity, and quality of the program/account.
• Lead pre-sales activities and capacity activities.
• Responsible for the revenue, margin, and delivery of the program/accounts.
• Ultimately responsible for guaranteeing the quality metrics of a program/account.
• Engage in client-facing negotiations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in design thinking, lean startup, or product development frameworks.
• Experience in agile projects.
• Have imagination and love innovating.
• Being flexible and goal-oriented.
• Capable of taking a step back to see the bigger picture.
