We are looking for a Product Engineer II - QA to join the team as a vital member in ensuring product and service quality while delivering exceptional user experiences. The role involves utilizing software quality assurance expertise to manage testing processes and develop solutions that uphold high standards across systems. You'll collaborate closely with engineers, designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create technical test solutions, lead automation efforts, and improve QA CI/CD processes.

Your Responsibilities:
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Conduct both manual and automated testing of mobile applications (Android and iOS), web, and backend services.
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
- Design, develop, and execute automation tests using internal automation frameworks and systems.
- Identify root cause issues, thoroughly document them, and track bugs.
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as developers and product managers, to identify system requirements, adhering to Agile methodologies and practices.
- Adapt to new testing tools and testing methodologies.
Your Expertise:
- 4+ years of relevant experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or Software Test Engineer with a bachelor's degree in computer science.
- Experience working with different frameworks such as Detox, Selenium, TestNG, Appium, etc.
- Experience with manual and automation testing (API, E2E, Mobile).
- Design and development skills in JavaScript and Java.
- Experience with MySQL and scripting.
- Familiarity with DevOps and AWS is a plus.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools and continuous integration concepts.
- Fluency in English.
