Your Role
We are seeking a Web Engineer II who will play a critical role in developing and enhancing our Frontend applications. You will leverage your strong background in backend development and web technology to build and maintain sophisticated backend APIs and services, which are essential for providing outstanding advertising experiences and user engagement.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and drive Agile methodologies within the team, ensuring adherence to the Scrum framework.
- Mentor team members throughout the software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate closely with the Product team to translate requirements into functional and high-quality frontend code.
- Partner with Backend, Mobile, and QA engineers for seamless backend integration.
- Actively participate in Frontend Chapter meetings, contributing to best practices and sharing knowledge.
- Define comprehensive test cases with QA engineers to ensure high quality releases.
- Lead code review sessions to maintain high code quality.
- Utilize CI/CD tools to automate testing and deployment processes.
- Oversee daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings to drive improvements.
- Produce comprehensive documentation for development processes and changes.
Your Expertise
- 4+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering, focusing on Frontend development.
- Familiarity with major JavaScript frameworks; experience with React JS preferred.
- Strong understanding of modern JavaScript features, asynchronous programming, and concurrent rendering.
- Practical knowledge of OOP concepts and SOLID principles.
- Experience with Agile practices including Pairing, TDD, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery.
- Optimizing web performance and Web Vitals to ensure excellent user experiences.
- Understanding web accessibility standards to create inclusive applications.
- Superb communication skills for effective interaction with multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of Next.js 15 features is a plus.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is preferred.
