As a Product Engineer, you will be involved in designing, developing, analyzing, troubleshooting, and debugging systems, software, and solutions as part of the company's product portfolio. Your work will require a broad knowledge of engineering disciplines, methodologies, and tools.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design engineering solutions utilizing multiple disciplines for products, systems, software, and solutions based on established engineering principles.
- Develop and implement parameters and test plans for new and existing designs, including validation of mechanical, electrical, software, and other engineering specifications.
- Collaborate with management, internal, and outsourced development partners regarding design status and project progress.
- Lead a project team to develop reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality solutions for moderately complex products.
- Represent the mechanical/thermal team for all phases of larger, more complex development projects.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or other Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Typically 4-6 years of experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficiency in engineering design tools and software packages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of material properties and hardware, software, and electrical component design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
