What you will do
- Welcome showroom visitors and deliver an engaging and professional customer experience.
- Conduct structured and memorable test drives, highlighting vehicle features, technology, and performance.
- Confidently explain vehicle features and answer customer questions.
- Prepare vehicles for delivery and provide personalized customer handovers.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets by guiding customers through a seamless journey.
- Manage telephone, online, and walk-in customer enquiries.
- Ensure customer information is accurately captured in the relevant systems.
- Maintain strong knowledge of automotive products, new technologies, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Complete required product and professional development training.
Required skills to be successful
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Strong presentation, storytelling, and communication abilities.
- Good technical knowledge and a strong interest in automobiles.
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
- Confidence in delivering engaging product demonstrations and test drives.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Arabic or additional languages such as Urdu, Hindi, Tagalog, or Farsi would be advantageous.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
About the team
You will be part of a dynamic and customer-focused retail team committed to delivering outstanding showroom experiences. Working closely with showroom management and sales colleagues, you will help create a seamless customer journey from the initial enquiry and test drive through to vehicle delivery.
What equips you for the role
- A degree is preferred but not essential.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Experience within automotive, luxury retail, airlines, hospitality, events, teaching, sales, or customer care would be highly valued.
- Proven ability to deliver premium and memorable customer experiences.
- Strong passion for vehicles, technology, and customer engagement.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
