Position

Location: Dubai
Department: Product Management
Language Requirement: Proficiency in English and German (B2 or higher)
Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience with SQL, Hosting environments, Webservice configuration and installation, Web security (e.g., SSL, VPN)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering or related field
Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days at the office, 2 days at home)
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert assistance to customers regarding product inquiries, usage, troubleshooting, and technical issues.
- Conduct training sessions for internal teams and customers to enhance product knowledge and usage, developing training materials, user guides, and FAQs.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions and own experience.
- Work closely with various teams such as marketing, engineering, design, and customer service to ensure cohesive product development and communication.
- Provide insights and suggestions based on customer interactions to influence the product roadmap and future development.
