The Integration Product Manager acts as the key link between the Holidays Product team and IT, responsible for translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions. This role oversees the design, integration, and performance of APIs, data flows, and backend systems that power the company Holidays. The role ensures seamless connectivity between suppliers, aggregators, booking engines, and internal platforms — enabling a reliable, efficient, and data-driven product ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating functional requirements into clear technical specifications.
- Define and manage the Holidays integration roadmap, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with the company’s digital architecture.
- Lead the design and implementation of APIs and system integrations with hotel suppliers, aggregators, payment providers, and internal systems.
- Collaborate with IT, data engineering, and digital teams to ensure integration performance, security, and data accuracy.
- Evaluate and propose new integration solutions or enhancements to improve automation, data flow, and platform efficiency.
- Document business and technical requirements, workflows, and integration architecture.
- Work with data teams to ensure consistency and integrity across all connected systems and reporting environments.
- Support testing, validation, and troubleshooting of integrations and system updates.
- Monitor performance of APIs and system connections, proactively identifying risks and bottlenecks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure business needs are accurately captured and delivered by IT.
- Champion scalability and reusability principles in every integration project.
Education & Experience:
- 5–7 years of experience in product management, IT integration, or digital transformation within travel, eCommerce, or technology environments.
- Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, data architecture, and middleware platforms.
- Proven experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and managing implementation cycles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business and engineering teams effectively.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product delivery frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field; MBA or Master’s in Business/Technology preferred.
