Product Lead

Join a fast-scaling consumer technology platform entering its next major growth phase across the GCC. As the Product Lead, you will own the product function, overseeing strategy, roadmap, delivery, user behavior, and the team required to build a product that engages users. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be instrumental in defining the product’s direction and success.

Responsibilities:

• Define product strategy across existing and new GCC markets.
• Own activation, retention, engagement, cohort performance, and drop-off diagnosis.
• Build a proactive roadmap that leads growth.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop impactful product experiences.
• Enhance user journeys from activation to repeat engagement.
• Utilize data and product intelligence to anticipate user needs.
• Build, manage, and develop the product team.
• Work closely with the CEO on major product decisions and expansion strategy.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in building and scaling consumer products.
• Track record of driving a product through a significant growth phase with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of activation funnels, retention cohorts, and engagement metrics.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve activation or retention issues.
• Exceptional product judgment and strong leadership capabilities.
• Proficient in writing clear briefs and aligning teams for decision-making.
• Familiarity with GCC consumer behavior is advantageous.
