Responsibilities:
- Define product strategy across existing and new GCC markets.
- Own activation, retention, engagement, cohort performance, and drop-off diagnosis.
- Build a proactive roadmap that leads growth.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop impactful product experiences.
- Enhance user journeys from activation to repeat engagement.
- Utilize data and product intelligence to anticipate user needs.
- Build, manage, and develop the product team.
- Work closely with the CEO on major product decisions and expansion strategy.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in building and scaling consumer products.
- Track record of driving a product through a significant growth phase with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of activation funnels, retention cohorts, and engagement metrics.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve activation or retention issues.
- Exceptional product judgment and strong leadership capabilities.
- Proficient in writing clear briefs and aligning teams for decision-making.
- Familiarity with GCC consumer behavior is advantageous.
