The Corporate Information System team is responsible for the planning and construction of ByteDance's internal systems, which include human resources, finance, legal affairs, procurement, and approval processes. This role entails demand and project management, information security management, as well as system configuration, operation, and maintenance of these internal systems.

Responsibilities
- Develop long-term plans for the product line based on business and product analysis.
- Plan the roadmap for B2B products, taking into account technological advancements and user requirements; oversee product direction and ensure product delivery.
- Understand and anticipate industry trends, conduct competitive analysis, and apply findings to relevant business strategies.
- Manage all stages of internal products within the company, ensuring accountability to users and delivering secure and user-friendly products.
- Coordinate and drive multiple teams, including technology, testing, and operations, to achieve product business goals.
- Responsible for product operations, including training and data analysis. Pay attention to user feedback, analyze user behavior, and continuously optimize the product user experience.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and focus on talent development, building a strong team through training.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- At least three years of relevant experience in internet products or enterprise management software.
- Ability to independently handle product requirement analysis and design; capable of providing guidance for sub-products.
- Experience with project management and the ability to independently plan and manage complex cross-department projects.
- Familiarity with internet product design and development processes, along with effective communication and collaboration skills.

- Demonstrated sense of ownership, innovation, and a results-oriented mentality, with the ability to meet challenging goals in a fast-paced environment.
