Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, customers, competitors, and industry trends for MCPTT products.
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to meet company goals.
- Identify strategic partnership opportunities and manage key supplier relationships.
- Lead the development and launch of new features and products.
- Manage the product backlog and define clear product requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure successful execution.
- Conduct market and user research to identify opportunities and prioritize development.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to improve the customer experience.
- Advocate for a customer-centric approach throughout the company.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
- Communicate the product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders.
- Continuously refine product development processes for efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management or related field.
- Passion for creating innovative and impactful products using the latest technologies.
- Experience working with external vendors/stakeholders.
- Proven track record of successfully defining, developing, and launching successful products.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Applicants MUST be fluent in both Arabic and English, with Native/Bilingual Proficiency.
- Ability to work independently and in customer environments.
