About the Role
The company Exchange serves tens of millions of users globally, and every one of them passes through a critical moment — the transition from a verified identity to a funded, active trader. As we scale into new markets and expand our product suite, the speed, clarity, and reliability of that transition directly drive trading volume, retention, and revenue. This role owns that transition end-to-end — across five deeply connected areas.
Key Responsibilities

KYC Approval
- Own the identity verification platform from initiation through to approval.
- Manage multi-vendor IDV infrastructure, combat synthetic fraud and AI-generated identity attacks, and ensure a fast, reassuring KYC experience for every user.

Re-KYC
- Oversee the re-verification experience for existing users, ensuring low-disruption processes when compliance requirements or risks trigger a re-verification.

Deposit & Withdrawal
- Act as the gatekeeper for how money moves in and out of the Exchange. Own the experience regarding payment methods available in each country, eligibility, limits, and modifications.

First Trade & Activation
- Manage the activation ladder from the first deposit to first trade, removing barriers that prevent users from trading actively.

Onboarding Rewards
- Own the reward and incentive mechanics from KYC completion to first-trade bonuses, accelerating the activation process.
These areas are interconnected, requiring a single PM due to the influence each component has on the others. This execution-first, high-ownership role demands that the PM drives stakeholders to unblock, prioritize, and ship promptly.

Requirements
- 6–8+ years in Product Management, preferably in a high-growth tech environment such as a crypto exchange, fintech, or broker.
- Proven experience in identity verification, payment integration, compliance-heavy product ownership.
- Understanding of payment gateway logic, ledger systems, and API integration.
- Deep understanding of KYC and AML regulations, capable of translating these into user-friendly product requirements.
- Strong data proficiency including SQL and experience with analytical tools for funnel analysis.
- Experience with AI tools and championing AI-native development practices is essential.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive initiatives in a decentralized environment.
