Product Manager

As a Product Manager at talabat, you'll champion features that address real family needs, ranging from spend control to easier coordination and shared benefits. You will build for scale by designing a product that is effective across diverse household types and MENA-specific market contexts. Collaborate within a cross-functional team of Product, Engineering, and Data to ship impactful features and build strong, trust-based relationships to enhance execution and quality decision-making.

Your role will involve:

• Leading the discovery process for your squad, owning it from problem framing to solution validation.
• Understanding families—who they are, what they value, how they order, and the obstacles they encounter.
• Combining customer interviews, data analysis, and market insights to identify opportunities.
• Rapidly ideating, prototyping, and testing solutions to help families coordinate, share, and save.
• Defining and evolving product strategy while balancing customer satisfaction and business impact.
• Enhancing and scaling the core subscription experience through continuous improvement.
• Owning the roadmap to ensure alignment with the overall Talabat Pro strategy.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• At least 5 years of experience in Digital Product Management, with a track record of successfully launching products to market.
• A strong understanding of Agile product management and empowered product teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in collaborating within cross-functional teams and a proven ability to define solutions based on research, data, and insights.
• Strong project management skills and hands-on experience with tools like Jira.
• A genuine interest in developing world-class subscription experiences.
• Confidence in analyzing data sets to generate insights, relying on user and stakeholder feedback to set objectives.
• Experience in the Food Delivery sector or related fields is a plus, as well as a background in innovation and launching new products.
