Your role will involve:
- Leading the discovery process for your squad, owning it from problem framing to solution validation.
- Understanding families—who they are, what they value, how they order, and the obstacles they encounter.
- Combining customer interviews, data analysis, and market insights to identify opportunities.
- Rapidly ideating, prototyping, and testing solutions to help families coordinate, share, and save.
- Defining and evolving product strategy while balancing customer satisfaction and business impact.
- Enhancing and scaling the core subscription experience through continuous improvement.
- Owning the roadmap to ensure alignment with the overall Talabat Pro strategy.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least 5 years of experience in Digital Product Management, with a track record of successfully launching products to market.
- A strong understanding of Agile product management and empowered product teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in collaborating within cross-functional teams and a proven ability to define solutions based on research, data, and insights.
- Strong project management skills and hands-on experience with tools like Jira.
- A genuine interest in developing world-class subscription experiences.
- Confidence in analyzing data sets to generate insights, relying on user and stakeholder feedback to set objectives.
- Experience in the Food Delivery sector or related fields is a plus, as well as a background in innovation and launching new products.
