The Product Management team consists of technologists passionate about delivering solutions that shape market demands while promoting open source software. As a Product Manager, you will set a clear vision, prioritize work effectively, and lead a team to deliver high-quality products that meet the needs of both users and the business. This is an open application track for product management roles at the company, covering various domains including AI/ML solutions, IoT, cloud services, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the product development lifecycle by reviewing priorities and goals for your product.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities.
- Communicate your product vision, status, and key decisions to ensure alignment within teams.
- Oversee product usability testing and iterate to improve user experience.
- Develop go-to-market strategies and provide product documentation and training.
- Participate in customer interactions and feedback sessions to support sales efforts.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional academic results in high school and university.
- Understanding of Linux and the open source software community.
- Knowledge of computer architecture and application development.
- Strong passion for writing about technologies.
- Strong work ethic and alignment with the open source movement.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- For senior roles, prior product management experience in the software industry is preferred.
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 4 times a year for company events.
Work Conditions:
- Home-based role within the EMEA time zone.
- Expected travel for company events up to two weeks long, four times a year.
Language Requirements:
- Outstanding communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
