Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product-side issues related to production incidents affecting Digital Enterprise Solutions, including triage, escalation, and resolution communication.
  • Perform hands-on troubleshooting by reviewing logs, API requests, and application error codes using tools like Postman.
  • Conduct basic SQL queries and coordinate database investigations when needed.
  • Identify the origins of production issues across various system components.
  • Lead root-cause analysis for significant incidents and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor service availability and performance, escalating risks as needed.
  • Collaborate with technical teams during troubleshooting and ensure clear communication of technical issues.
  • Maintain documentation related to incidents and technical support procedures.
  • Generate regular reporting on production health and recurring issues.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience in digital banking, fintech, payments, and API platforms is preferred.
  • Hands-on knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP services, JSON, XML, and basic SQL.
  • Understanding of transaction-processing systems and experience with incident management is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with effective communication abilities.
  • Product management or relevant technical certifications are advantageous.
