As a Product Manager, you will be a strategic contributor to your product domain, setting the direction for your area within a complex ecosystem. This role requires collaboration with product and design colleagues, engineering, marketing, operations, and executive teams. You will hold significant ownership and responsibility in delivering capabilities that meet business goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:

Product Strategy:
- Own and develop Product Strategy consistent with company vision.
- Utilize market intelligence and customer insights to enhance product areas.
- Produce Lean Business cases for strategic initiatives with ROI projections.
- Validate product-market fit through market feedback and maintain the product roadmap.
- Define and monitor product KPIs.

Product Execution:
- Oversee the complete product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
- Develop PRDs and user stories with clear criteria.
- Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Business teams to ensure realistic execution plans.
- Manage product launch processes and mitigate potential issues.
Requirements:

Hard Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in Retail and E-commerce.
- Proficient in Web and Mobile Apps, growth hacking, funnel optimization, and experimentation.
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex product cycles.
- Experience with agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field; MBA preferred.
