Position

You will own the end-to-end product strategy for the company's collections & recovery ecosystem, transforming collections policies into scalable, automated workflows/solutions. Your mandate is to build an automation-first collections engine that leverages AI/ML to maximize recovery rates while minimizing operational overhead. You will also lead the design and build of the Collections CRM, equipping collections with context-aware tools and decision support to streamline early and late-stage recovery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, launch, and scale the company's Repayment and Collections products across early and late stages.
  • Own the collections product roadmap, informed by data analysis, user research, market trends, and company strategy.
  • Translate collections policy and risk frameworks into productized, automated, and auditable workflows.
  • Leverage AI and machine learning to enhance collections effectiveness, including:
    • Intelligent prioritization of accounts and cases
    • Predictive signals for likelihood to pay and optimal contact timing
    • Channel selection and sequencing optimization
  • Partner with BI, Risk, and Engineering to support predictive models for collections and recovery
  • Drive adoption of automation-first approaches, reducing manual effort through experimentation with AI-powered capabilities & Smart reminder orchestration via a centralized Collections CRM
  • Enable agents with context-aware workflows, decision support, and compliant action paths
  • Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are embedded into product design from day one
  • Generate regular performance reports with clear, actionable insights for senior leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree/Graduate in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in product management with ownership of complex products within collections, payments, or risk management
  • Experience building or owning internal tools (CRM, ops platforms, workflow systems)
  • Proven ability to translate policy and strategy into scalable product solutions
  • Ability to quickly learn and retain new procedures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
