About the role
As a Compliance Product Manager, you will own the compliance and risk product roadmap at the company, focusing on key areas such as AML/KYC infrastructure, Travel Rule compliance, account controls, and jurisdictional expansion. You will collaborate closely with dedicated engineering teams to transform regulatory requirements defined by Compliance and Regulatory Affairs into shipped, fully audited features. We are considering candidates for both Senior PM (4+ years in product) and Lead PM (7+ years in product) roles.

Responsibilities
- Full-surface ownership: Oversee compliance, risk, security, and regulatory dimensions, ensuring effective collaboration with necessary stakeholders while making priority tradeoffs.
- Regulatory risk prioritization: Assess and prioritize items on the roadmap, identifying which areas need immediate attention.
- Jurisdictional fluency: Navigate multiple regulatory regimes, understanding shared infrastructure versus market-specific needs, influencing sequencing decisions.
- Product mindset and discipline: Transform requirements from Compliance and Legal into detailed specifications for the engineering pod, maintaining industry-standard development rigor.
- AI-native execution: Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, integrating best practices, implementation standards, and tool adoption into the compliance product management process.
What we are looking for
- Proven experience in shipping compliance or risk products in both the crypto space (including Travel Rule, VASP obligations, on-chain monitoring) and traditional finance (AML/KYC, PEP, EDD) demonstrating true fluency in both areas.
- Daily use of AI tools as an integral part of the product development process.
- Experience managing an end-to-end product roadmap that includes unassigned responsibilities such as resourcing, stakeholder alignment, and escalation management.
- Successful track record in multi-jurisdiction, multi-regulator environments, with knowledge of changes required market to market versus what constitutes shared infrastructure.
- Ability to identify and rectify broken controls, implementing strategies to catch similar issues in the future.
- Experience in emerging markets or familiarity with Islamic finance products is highly desirable.
Compensation and structure
- Competitive, top-of-market compensation based on geographical location.
- Reports directly to the Head of Platform while collaborating daily with Compliance and Regulatory Affairs, Legal, Security, and a dedicated engineering pod.
