We are seeking a driven, user-obsessed Product Manager to lead the development of CoreConnect, our UI-centric orchestration platform for autonomous robot fleets. In this high-impact role, you will own the journeys and tools operators use daily to monitor, configure, and manage autonomous missions at scale. You will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, robotics experts, and customers to ship software that simplifies autonomous operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the product roadmap for CoreConnect, balancing operator needs, technical constraints, and business impacts.
- Understand logistics teams' operations, daily pain points, and trust-building requirements.
- Collaborate across engineering, design, business development, and field operations to develop effective tools in fast-paced environments.
- Lead the entire product lifecycle from discovery and requirements through design, build, deployment, and iteration.
- Translate complex robot and system behaviors into intuitive, reliable, and scalable operator-facing features.
- Stay informed about industry trends in autonomous mobile robotics, warehouse tech, last-mile delivery, and fleet management software.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with user-facing software that involves complex workflows.
- A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong systems thinking and ability to manage both high-level and detailed aspects of projects.
- Proven experience transitioning products from conception to scale in technical environments.
- Exceptional skill in bridging technical limitations and user needs.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in finding product-market fit in emerging technology or deep-tech domains.
- Familiarity with UI/UX for operator-facing or mission-critical systems.
