Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the performance of the existing Corporate Card product portfolio.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new product opportunities and trends.
- Lead the development and launch of new Corporate Card products, ensuring they meet market demands and the company's strategic goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and technology, to ensure a seamless product lifecycle.
- Develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies for new and existing Corporate Card products.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to stay ahead of the curve.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in product development and management.
- Provide regular updates and reports on product performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives to senior management.
- Stay updated with industry developments and emerging technologies to enhance our Corporate Card offerings.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Strategy, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field with 6+ years of banking/payments experience. Prior experience in Corporate Cards Product Management in UAE is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge / experience of Corporate Card or Retail Card management systems, as well as an understanding of market dynamics, competition products & services.
- Prior experience working with Schemes (Visa and/or Mastercard) is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills – ability to comprehend large problems, break them down into smaller executable tasks, and track such tasks to execution and closure.
- Excellent communication skills – ability to clearly convey ideas, action-ables, and challenges across all levels of hierarchy in the organization.
- A good team player – ability to work with stakeholders across various units and influence decision making.
- Passionate about change and making a difference – empowered to conceptualize and drive change to achieve improved business outcomes.
