We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Product Manager – Crypto Spot & Futures to join our cryptocurrency arm, MultiBank.io. This individual will take ownership of the web and mobile app experiences for MBIO, focusing on delivering exceptional trading functionality for both spot and futures crypto markets. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI design, marketing, compliance, and business teams to define, prioritize, and launch features that enhance user experience, increase engagement, and support the company's strategic growth in the digital asset space.
Responsibilities:
- Define and own the long-term product vision and roadmap for MBIO's crypto spot and futures trading offerings.
- Conduct market analysis, user research, and competitor benchmarking to identify product opportunities.
- Utilize data insights to drive product decisions and optimize the trading experience.
- Translate business goals and user needs into detailed product requirements, Epics, and User Stories using JIRA.
- Manage the product backlog and prioritize development efforts based on impact and feasibility.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
- Work with UX/UI designers to craft seamless trading experiences.
- Ensure product offerings adhere to regulatory requirements in partnership with compliance and legal teams.
- Align product initiatives with customer acquisition and retention strategies alongside digital marketing teams.
- Analyze product performance and user behavior using analytics tools to inform decisions.
- Stay updated on crypto market dynamics and evolving user expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years focused on crypto spot and/or futures trading platforms.
- Deep knowledge of the crypto trading ecosystem, including exchanges and wallet integrations.
- Proven experience managing web and mobile app products in the fintech or crypto space.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach, with experience using tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel.
- Proficiency in JIRA for backlog management and stakeholder communication.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
