Job Description
The Product Manager for Crypto Derivatives is responsible for the strategic and operational design and delivery of MultiBank.io’s innovative Crypto Derivatives product offering. Key responsibilities include:
- Full product ownership, overseeing the development and implementation of a market-leading crypto derivatives offering.
- Collaborating across business stakeholders to bring together all key components from technology, finance, trading, operations, legal/compliance, and customer support.
- Ensuring that the product meets market expectations for a derivatives exchange and conducting product analysis against established market leaders in this sector.
- Demonstrating knowledge and awareness of the technical product specifications of derivatives, including leverage, funding, and execution requirements.
- Managing products in a rapidly evolving sector, focusing on product evolution and innovation while understanding underlying market trends and associated risks.
Requirements
- Educated to an undergraduate degree level.
- At least 5 years of experience in fintech product management, with a minimum of 3 years within a crypto business.
- Hands-on product experience with a Crypto Derivatives platform in a corporate environment.
- Experience with Spot and OTC crypto is an advantage.
- Demonstration of personal interest in trading crypto derivatives.
