Responsibilities
You will take ownership of:
- Deep Customer Understanding: Building a deep understanding of our customers—their identities, needs, and behaviors regarding crypto and fiat.
- Coherent App Experience: Designing a consistent end-to-end experience in the app, from onboarding to everyday use of crypto features and upcoming fiat functionalities, ensuring it feels unified.
- User Research & UX Testing: Planning and conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing, translating qualitative and quantitative insights into clear product direction.
- CX Metrics & Conversion Optimization: Defining key customer experience (CX) metrics, such as onboarding conversion and customer satisfaction, and owning their continuous improvement through experimentation and iteration.
- Compliance & Risk Alignment: Collaborating with Compliance and Risk teams to ensure user journeys meet regulatory requirements while minimizing friction for users.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Partnering with Design, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing to ship, measure, and iterate on core product features.
- AI-Augmented Workflows: Utilizing modern AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude) to enhance your product management practices, accelerating user research synthesis and journey mapping.
About You
- Fintech Product Management Experience: 4+ years in product management, including 2+ years in B2C fintech with a mobile-first focus.
- Crypto Product Expertise: Direct experience with crypto products and a strong grasp of wallets, custody, on-chain transactions, and the needs of retail crypto users.
- Measurable Metric Impact: Proven record in effecting measurable improvements in user experience and product metrics, such as conversion and retention.
- UX Research Mastery: Practical experience in planning and conducting user research, interviews, and usability tests.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Strong data skills, including funnel optimization, cohort analysis, A/B testing, and event tracking.
- Regulated Onboarding Context: Solid understanding of regulated onboarding frameworks and compliance in financial products.
- Autonomous Milestone Execution: Comfortable managing delivery expectations and owning end-to-end problem resolution.
- Transparent & Respectful Collaboration: Open communication style, mutual respect within teams, and a commitment to a zero-tolerance policy for rudeness.
- Linguistic Fluency: Fluent in English, both spoken and written, to convey product vision and align cross-functional global teams.

- Regional Market Insight: Familiarity with MENA or emerging-market retail users.
