Product Manager

Responsible for a squad (entire product). Develops subject matter expertise by understanding a business area, customer journey, or complex external domain in depth. Understands pain points and customer journey for our customers. Zooms on problem statements to come up with effective solutions for our vendor partners. Plans the product vision and roadmap with all key project stakeholders, including business owners, designers, and tech leads. Gathers, creates, and defines user stories (epics, themes, and features), including creating acceptance criteria. Builds, edits, and maintains product backlog with support from internal teams and stakeholders. Continuously improves process and workflow with cross-functional teams through project retrospectives, ensuring the product vision can be delivered within defined time and other constraints. Manages product execution to deliver quality products, writing specs, running A/B tests, interviewing users, and ensuring product performance. Translates complex technical concepts into actionable items to be planned, prioritized, and integrated into the team’s roadmap.
