Product Manager Digital Enterprise Solutions Governance & Portfolio Performance

The company is seeking a Product Manager to oversee Digital Enterprise Solutions Governance & Portfolio Performance. The successful candidate will manage the P&L of all products in the Digital Enterprise Solutions portfolio, ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met. They will be responsible for budgeting, financial analysis, and governance coordination across various stakeholders. The role requires a strong understanding of financial controls, product pricing, and technical knowledge of digital banking architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage P&L, including revenue, costs, profitability, and performance against targets.
• Prepare and maintain budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Oversee product-related accounting activities, resolving financial discrepancies.
• Own product pricing governance, including reviews and client proposals.
• Develop financial business cases for new products and monitor financial benefits.
• Establish and maintain governance standards, including policies and procedures.
• Coordinate governance matters with relevant stakeholders.
• Produce regular portfolio performance reports for management.
• Assess financial impacts of product changes and participate in design discussions.
• Maintain understanding of APIs and digital banking systems for effective governance.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Preferred experience in banking, fintech, or digital financial products.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and pricing experience.
• Knowledge of APIs, transaction flows, and digital banking platforms.
• Proficient in Excel with analytical and reporting experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
