Key Responsibilities:
- Manage P&L, including revenue, costs, profitability, and performance against targets.
- Prepare and maintain budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
- Oversee product-related accounting activities, resolving financial discrepancies.
- Own product pricing governance, including reviews and client proposals.
- Develop financial business cases for new products and monitor financial benefits.
- Establish and maintain governance standards, including policies and procedures.
- Coordinate governance matters with relevant stakeholders.
- Produce regular portfolio performance reports for management.
- Assess financial impacts of product changes and participate in design discussions.
- Maintain understanding of APIs and digital banking systems for effective governance.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Preferred experience in banking, fintech, or digital financial products.
- Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and pricing experience.
- Knowledge of APIs, transaction flows, and digital banking platforms.
- Proficient in Excel with analytical and reporting experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
