Product Manager - Forward Deployed Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Experience with various LLM architecture design using RAG, MCP and hybrid models
• Good understanding of choosing the right ML algorithms based on business problems
• Experience in prototyping AI solutions including having a good understanding of data vectorizations and or feature designs
• Collaborate with the company external customers specifically Retail and Manufacturing to drive workshops and outline AI use-cases
• Develop PRDs to clearly communicate requirements to the Engineering teams
• Leverage AI to solve pressing business challenges for our enterprise customers
• Define and track key business metrics that demonstrate the business impact

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management expertise with a proven track record of shipping
• 3+ years hands-on building generative AI models and shipping at scale
• Experience in building conversational tools and chatbots
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent professional proficiency in English (both written & spoken); Arabic is a plus
