What You’ll Do
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for owning the entire product life cycle, from discovery and validation to build, launch, and post-launch measurement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, support, sales, and leadership stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
- Perform customer discovery interviews to identify product gaps, pain points, and growth opportunities.
- Develop the product roadmap and align internal stakeholders with the product strategy while contributing to the long-term vision.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to execute product development and go-to-market strategies.
- Prioritize features and epics by balancing short-term commercial goals against long-term strategic investments and technical debt.
- Define and track qualitative and quantitative reporting mechanisms to monitor product outcomes and success metrics.
- Collaborate with sales and retention teams to execute feedback loops and integrate insights into the product planning.
- Translate customer needs into user stories and feature epics while communicating business objectives clearly to all stakeholders.
- Promote best practices to continuously improve the Product Management process at the company.
What You’ll Bring to This Role
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience (Degree specialization in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is highly valued).
- 5+ years of experience in product management, customer discovery, or a related field; experience in SaaS is ideal.
- Proven track record of managing products that reached real users and achieved measurable business results.
- Strong product judgment supported by data fluency; comfort with SQL or analytics tools is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams to ship products quickly and efficiently.
- Experience in telematics, video, IoT, safety, B2B SaaS, or early-stage environments is a significant advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- A self-starter who thrives in a high-intensity workload, based in or willing to relocate to Dubai for onsite work.
