We are seeking a Senior Product Manager for Generative AI to lead strategic, high-impact projects across the region. In this role, you will help clients navigate user-centric product mindsets and GenAI adoption throughout the product development lifecycle (PDLC) and software development lifecycle (SDLC) with speed, safety, and measurable business value. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with client innovation teams, digital units, and executive stakeholders to define GenAI product strategy aligned with business goals and sector-specific needs.
- Translate AI potential into product roadmaps, MVPs, and scalable rollouts for both public and private sector organizations.
- Lead discovery workshops and conduct opportunity mapping on high-value use cases for energy, healthcare, retail, and government sectors.
- Work closely with global EPAM engineering, data science, and design teams to ensure effective, compliant, and impactful delivery.
- Ensure data privacy, localization, and ethical AI practices are integrated into product design and implementation.
- Guide clients through AI adoption maturity, from initial pilot programs to enterprise-wide integration.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in product management, specifically with AI/data-driven solutions or enterprise platforms.
- Proven success in leading end-to-end product development or digital transformations in one or more of the following sectors: energy, healthcare/life sciences, retail, financial services, or government.
- Experience with Generative AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases) and the AI/ML lifecycle from ideation to deployment.
- Strong client consulting skills, capable of communicating AI value to both business and technical audiences.
- Familiarity with Middle East regulatory frameworks, sovereign cloud, or sector-specific compliance (e.g., healthcare data privacy).
- Experience leading cross-functional, multicultural teams across business, design, data, and engineering.
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience with UAE-based or GCC-region digital programs.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure OpenAI, Google Cloud Vertex AI, or AWS Bedrock.
- Proficiency in Arabic (not required but a plus).
- Previous exposure to government digital transformation or smart city initiatives.
