The Opportunity:
We are seeking an insightful, results-oriented Product Manager to drive the conceptualization, development, and rapid testing of analytics products and solutions that will enhance acquisition, engagement, and retention of Presight customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and Presight stakeholders to define priorities, deliverables, and design approaches.
- Lead product strategy, planning, delivery, and marketing of Presight solutions and services in line with business objectives and customer requirements.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams.
- Prepare detailed requirement specifications, functional specifications, use cases, and workflow diagrams; manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Own the product roadmap and drive execution of product lifecycle processes, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, requirements development, and product launch.
- Monitor progress of product development and manage the product backlog to ensure timely completion and return on investment.
- Measure product performance and mitigate impediments impacting the successful delivery of the product.
- Collaborate using Figma and stay updated on AI agents and the latest trending models.
- Provide expertise in design, storytelling, interaction design, visual design, user research, and user behavior.
- Lead testing efforts including design and execution of test scripts and scenarios.
- Identify risks and create contingency plans for mitigation; assist with gap analysis and develop proof-of-concepts.
- Develop product positioning that differentiates Presight in primary market segments.
- Create dashboards and reports on product development operations to showcase product performance and usage patterns, suggesting possible improvements.
- Manage all aspects of live products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues.
- Ensure compliance with QHSE, Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management, and Governance policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in product, software, and web design or engineering and development.
- At least 5 years of experience in analytical product management.
- Domain knowledge across multiple industries is ideal.
- A highly insightful and analytical approach to data.
- Excellent communication skills and great presentation and persuasion skills.
