The role of Product Manager II - Fraud involves owning the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for key fraud-related projects. This position requires close collaboration with Engineering, Legal, Finance, Risk, and external vendors to launch secure, compliant fraud systems that protect users and support investigations without disrupting legitimate activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for fraud solutions, including revamping case management for fraud and Account Takeover (ATO).
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of fraud features from discovery and design through implementation and launch.
- Collaborate with Engineering teams to define technical specifications, workflows, and operational processes related to fraud and ATO.
- Work with Legal, Fraud Strategy, and Operations teams to ensure compliance across jurisdictions.
- Partner with external vendors to define integration scope and technical requirements.
- Build systems to support investigations and risk detection while minimizing friction for legitimate clients.
- Prioritize initiatives to enhance monitoring coverage, attribution accuracy, and operational efficiency.
What You Bring:
- 4+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in fraud, crypto, trading platforms, or financial infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of fraud processes and their infrastructure.
- Experience with institutional trading products or financial market infrastructure.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, legal, finance, and compliance teams.
- Experience managing API-based integrations with third-party providers.
- Ability to translate complex technical systems into clear product requirements and roadmaps.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with ATO or Identity management.
- Familiarity with Case Management automation leveraging AI.
- Experience with legal, compliance, or traditional finance regulations.
