Careem is building the Everything App for the greater Middle East, aimed at simplifying and improving the lives of people while inspiring organizations. Since 2012, Careem has created earnings for over 2.5 million Captains and served over 70 million customers across 70 cities in 10 countries. As a PM II in the Customer Experience team, you will be responsible for executing the vision and strategy for Careem’s everything app experience. This role involves building products to enhance customer activation and engagement on the platform while facilitating growth. You will engage in rapid experimentation to identify the best recommendations and experiences for users, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities
- Shaping and executing the key priorities for the Everything App Experience, including rapid experimentation
- Building and driving the product roadmap, accountable for impact and outcomes
- Collaborating with vertical teams to enable cross-cutting experiences
- Managing diverse stakeholders and providing a principled framework for decision-making and prioritization
- Building a best-in-class experience using first principles from science and economics, grounded in data, through fast iteration and experimentation
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience in customer-facing, B2B or SaaS products
- Proven track record of driving product-led growth in B2B/B2B2C sectors such as marketplaces, e-commerce, quick commerce, urban mobility, SuperApps, or fintech
- Preferred technical background with experience in building SaaS and tech-enabled products
- Experience in building scalable and flexible solutions for various use cases
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills
- Motivation to impact, deliver results quickly, and enhance the region’s ecosystem
- Educated to BS/MS level in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, etc.)
Work Conditions
- Work 4 days a week in the office & 1 day from home
- Option to work remotely from any country for 30 days a year
- Unlimited vacation days per year
- For tech individual contributor roles: 2 office days a week and 3 days working from home
