Responsibilities
- Based on business and product analysis, develop long-term plans for the product line. Plan the roadmap for B2B products based on technological advancements and user requirements, steer product direction, and take responsibility for product delivery;
- Understand and anticipate industry trends, conduct competitive analysis, and apply findings to relevant business strategies;
- Manage all stages of internal products within the company, ensuring accountability to users. Deliver secure and user-friendly products, coordinate and drive multiple teams including technology, testing, and operations to achieve product business goals;
- Responsible for product operations, including training and data analysis. Pay attention to user feedback, analyze user behavior, and continuously optimize the product user experience. Take responsibility for customer satisfaction;
- Responsible for talent echelon building, training, and development of the team.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, at least three years of relevant experience in internet products or enterprise management software products;
- Capable of handling product requirement analysis and product design work independently. Able to provide guidance for sub-products;
- Early stage project management experience, capable of independently planning and managing complex cross-department projects, familiar with internet product design and development processes, and able to communicate, interact, and collaborate effectively with technical teams to ensure efficient project launches.
