We oversee the entire lifecycle of these systems, from strategic planning and solution design to implementation, security, configuration, and continuous optimization. Responsibilities
- Plan the roadmap for B2B products based on user requirements and steer product direction using business and product analysis.
- Analyze and diagnose business problems, identifying user pain points and priorities. Conduct competitive analysis and implement plans for responsible areas.
- Deliver secure and user-friendly products, coordinating and driving targets for multiple teams (e.g., Technology, Testing & Operations) to achieve product business goals.
- Manage product operations, including training and data analysis. Pay attention to user feedback, analyze user behavior, and continuously optimize user experience, taking responsibility for customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above with a minimum of three years of relevant experience in internet products or enterprise management software products.
- Not only accept and deliver requirements but also focus on industry trends; proactively plan product development, possess a global vision, and communicate effectively with other teams to promote business progress.
- Capable of independently handling product requirement analysis and design work, providing guidance for sub-products.
- Familiar with internet product design and development processes; able to communicate, interact, and collaborate effectively with technical teams to ensure efficient project launches.

- Strong sense of ownership, innovation, self-driven, and results-focused mentality, capable of achieving challenging goals in a fast-paced environment with excellent problem-solving skills.
