Key Responsibilities:

Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and KPIs for GenAI-powered solutions.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver innovative AI features.
Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer needs and market trends.
Drive continuous improvement through performance monitoring and user feedback.
Ensure user-friendly and responsible AI experiences aligned with ethical and compliance standards.
Engage with internal stakeholders and external clients, including UAE-based project delivery.

Key Requirements:

8–12+ years of experience, with proven success in managing AI/ML or GenAI products.
Strong knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and related GenAI tools.
Background in launching scalable AI-driven web or enterprise products.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Product Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
