Product Manager, Mortgages

In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing the product portfolio to achieve set business goals and profitability within the Mortgages sector of the Retail Banking Group. Key responsibilities include managing the product development strategy, overseeing the rollout of new product releases, and closely monitoring competitor pricing to ensure competitive offerings. You will identify and recommend new product developments based on customer needs and organizational resources, develop training materials for the sales team, and provide subject matter expertise to support sales channels. Additionally, you will collaborate with relevant stakeholders to grow the portfolio profitably, establish processes to ensure workflow efficiency while managing operational risk, and engage with the digital team to enhance customer journeys in onboarding and servicing. Your efforts will focus on increasing sales across the product range and implementing customer experience processes to improve penetration and profitability in affluent segments.
