Product Manager - Neo Biz - Business Banking Proposition

The NEOBiz Product Manager will support the Head of Products to develop strategic plans to establish the company NEOBiz as a leading player in Digital Business Banking. The primary responsibilities include:

• Digital Product Proposition & Innovation: Identify and develop new digital product ideas aligned with customer needs, business strategy, and market dynamics. Conduct market research, analyze competitive offerings, and leverage customer insights to shape high-impact propositions.
• Process & Operational Control: Ensure that all processes pertaining to NEOBiz are streamlined with adequate controls. Identify opportunities to digitize and automate processes.
• Campaign & Offers: Manage the P&L for NEOBiz Products, running campaigns and offers for balance growth, new acquisition, and attrition control. Track metrics to ensure profitable growth throughout the year.

Location: United Arab Emirates

Requirements:

• MBA/Master’s Degree in finance, marketing, or a related field
• Experience in product management, digital proposition, or portfolio roles, ideally in banking, fintech, or a digital-first business
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics, tools, and channels, with experience in customer acquisition and funnel optimization
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional leadership skills.
