Job Description:
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our technical products.
- Identify market opportunities and customer needs to inform product direction.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align product goals with business objectives.
- Work closely with engineering teams to understand technical challenges and translate them into product features and requirements.
- Make informed decisions about technical trade-offs and priorities.
- Serve as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
- Lead the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Write detailed product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories.
- Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on customer feedback, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure the product is intuitive and user-friendly.
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to create go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
- Engage with customers and gather feedback to continuously improve the product.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 9 years of experience required.
Skills:
- Good AI background.
- Excellent technical acumen with the ability to understand complex technical concepts.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of leading successful product launches.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
