The company Studio is a Saudi AI application that allows users to create business systems from plain-language descriptions, such as HR, bookings, and online stores. The ideal candidate will engage with business owners who utilize the company Studio to transform their needs into clear product requirements. You will be responsible for managing the product roadmap, setting priorities with development and design teams, and creating specifications and acceptance criteria for features. Additionally, you will measure the usage of each feature post-release, and collaborate with support, sales, and growth teams to ensure alignment across all departments.

What You Will Do
- Talk to business owners who use the company Studio, and turn their needs into clear product requirements.
- Maintain the product roadmap and set priorities with development and design teams.
- Write specifications and acceptance criteria for each feature, and conduct pre-release checks.
- Measure each feature’s usage following its release.
- Collaborate with support, sales, and growth teams to ensure awareness of upcoming features.
What We Need
- Minimum qualification: a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
- Based in Riyadh, or willing to relocate to Riyadh.
- 4+ years of experience in product management for software or applications.
- Experience in writing specifications that developers can build from.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
Pay and Terms
- Total monthly salary of SAR 20,000–28,000 (basic salary plus allowances), depending on experience.
- Full-time position, on-site at our Riyadh office; working days, hours, and annual leave as per Saudi Labour Law.
- Health insurance and GOSI registration according to Saudi law.
Selection Process
- Aim to reply to every application within 7 days.
- Conduct a 30-minute video call to showcase the company Studio.
- For shortlisted candidates, complete a 30-minute product exercise using the company Studio on our test account (no personal account needed).
- Final interview will be held in Riyadh. Candidates will be informed of the results within 30 days of their interview.
