As a Product Manager for talabat pro Family Plans, you will be part of a crucial team working to grow and elevate Talabat Pro Family Plans—a subscription experience built to win the hearts of families across the region. Your responsibilities will include:
- Championing features that solve real family needs, from spend control to easier coordination and shared benefits.
- Building scalable products that cater to diverse household types and MENA-specific market contexts.
- Collaborating within a cross-functional team of Product, Engineering, and Data to build and ship impactful features.
- Building strong, trust-based relationships across your squad to accelerate execution and enhance decision-making quality.
- Partnering with commercial, marketing, and strategy teams to define and launch go-to-market plans.
- Coordinating with other product teams to ensure alignment with our end-to-end customer lifecycle.
- Leading the discovery process for your squad, from problem framing to solution validation.
- Immersing yourself in understanding families—who they are, what they value, how they order, and what challenges they face.
- Utilizing customer interviews, data analysis, and market insights to identify and mitigate risks.
- Rapidly ideating, prototyping, and testing solutions that assist families in coordinating, sharing, and saving with ease.
- Enhancing and scaling the core subscription experience through continuous iteration.
- Owning the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the overall Talabat Pro strategy.

What You Need to Be Successful
You should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in Digital Product Management, with a proven track record of successfully launching products to market.
- Strong understanding of Agile product management and the responsibilities of empowered product teams.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in cross-functional teamwork and collaboration.
- Proven ability to define and find solutions through research, data, and insights.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira.
- A genuine interest in building world-class subscription experiences.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting data sets to generate insights.
- Preferable experience in Food Delivery or related fields, as well as in innovation and launching new products and business models to market.
