ByteDance is seeking a Product Manager for our Procurement-Information System team in Dubai. This role focuses on the planning and construction of internal systems related to human resources, finance, legal affairs, procurement, and project management. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, deploying, and improving procurement products, including but not limited to the Marketplace, Procurement Platform, and Resource Management System.

The individual will develop and manage the product strategy, roadmap, and goals for large cross-functional areas of procurement products. Responsibilities will include soliciting ideas and feedback, gathering requirements, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. The Product Manager will define and analyze metrics, conducting both retrospective and prospective analyses of product performance, while driving strategic product decisions by evaluating global market trends.
Collaboration is crucial; the Product Manager will work closely with Product R&D teams based in China and English-speaking countries to implement solutions effectively and ensure project progress.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Minimum of three years of product experience
- Profound understanding of enterprise application products, with a strong sense of ownership, innovation, and results-focused mentality
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to transform ambiguous problems into clear solutions and achieve challenging goals in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication capabilities to foster trusted relationships with cross-functional teams
- Experience in internal procurement products within the internet or technology industries
