Position

As a Digital & eCommerce specialist, you will play a key role in maximizing end-to-end digital experience and boosting the channel shift to our digital touchpoints. This execution-focused role is responsible for delivering high-impact end-to-end conversational booking and AI-powered self-service flow enhancements, driven by data insights and AI-assisted capabilities that improve conversion, revenue, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own one or more digital and/or AI-powered customer journeys, shaping the roadmap and executing seamless omni-channel experiences aligned with business strategies and objectives.
  • Execute digital product enhancements using AI-assisted insights, personalization signals, and behavioral analytics.
  • Identify and drive business opportunities by consistently optimizing digital product capabilities and developing unique value propositions for digitization.
  • Develop business analysis or value propositions for digital investments and priorities in product development, with inputs from wider business stakeholders.
  • Define and drive conversion funnel analytics, drop-offs, session replay, NPS metrics, to identify optimization opportunities and track product performance.
  • Translate AI and data insights into prioritized backlog items and measurable product changes.
  • Assess end-to-end Digital experiences through a data-driven approach, identifying friction points and opportunities to validate product features, problems, and/or opportunities.
  • Support the implementation of intelligent search, dynamic content selection, and contextual recommendations, ensuring AI-enabled digital capabilities align with governance, brand, and compliance guidelines.
  • Collaborate with UX teams to optimize feature presentation and eliminate usability issues.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience working in product management with strong analytical skills.
  • Deep expertise in eCommerce or airline digital ecosystems, including booking, payments, loyalty, self-service, and merchandising.
  • Experience working with agile methodologies in a fast-paced, consumer-centric environment.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills across various teams.
  • AI-aware product executor, comfortable using AI-assisted analytics and optimization tools.
